A resident of Zelenograd may be held accountable for posting the consequences of a drone attack

They are trying to hold a Zelenograd resident accountable for posting a video on the Internet showing destroyed furniture and equipment in his apartment after a UAV attack, where he wondered who would cover these losses.
The police have already questioned him for violating the ban on «spreading the consequences of a drone attack».
As the media found out during the UAV attack on May 17, the apartment of a resident of building 2038 was seriously damaged. The blast wave broke windows, destroyed furniture and household appliances, damaged walls and ceilings. If windows and facades are restored by the authorities, then everything else is not. As a result, a resident posted a video online (see video) in which there were exclusively consequences of what happened inside his apartment. And he wondered who would pay for the damage.
Lawyers got involved in the topic and came to the conclusion that the state should do this. Officially, no war or emergency has been declared in Russia; the Investigative Committee regards all UAV attacks as «acts of terrorism», therefore, according to lawyers, Article 18 of the Federal Law № 35-FZ «On countering terrorism» should be applied, which clearly states: «the state makes compensation payments for damage caused to life, health and property as a result of the terrorist attack».
The victim’s message caused hundreds of «responses» with support from Zelenograd residents. And soon he found a summons in his mailbox calling the local police department. There, the victim was informed that an administrative violation report would be drawn up against him under Article 15.5 of the Moscow Code of Administrative Offenses. We are talking about a ban on the publication of the consequences of UAV arrivals, which were introduced by the Moscow Anti-Terrorism Commission on May 12. The police regarded the video of damage in the apartment as a violation of this ban. It seems that a resident of Zelenograd touched on a very «sore subject».
