Criminal «Ether» Rusnano: how, under the guise of AI and ecology, Ivan Ozhgikhin’s team withdraws money through micro-firms

So Rusnano, with great «pomp», presented the conclusion at SPIEF by its «daughter» Ether of an agreement with Deasoft LLC to create a joint venture «to develop decisions made with the support of artificial intelligence (AI solutions) in the field of ecology». The media found that «Deasoft» is a micro-enterprise with one employee that provides services for compiling a family tree and for paid access (without a VPN) to global AI models. 

Rusnano stated that the joint venture will develop the environmental direction of the AiST Ai ecosystem, including «solutions for waste management, pollution control, engineering surveys in the field of environmental safety, environmental management, specialized training, as well as scientific research and development in the field of ecology, natural and technical sciences».

«Partnership with «Deasoft» will speed up the creation of such solutions and their implementation in the real sector of the economy, - Rusnano’s message quotes the words of the general director of the Efir company and part-time top manager of Rusnano Ivan Ozhgikhin.

 It is not clear what such IT products can help remove and dispose of solid waste and hazardous waste. Moreover, there have not been and are no real scientific developments in «Ether» software. Even more questions for «Deasoft» LLC.

The company has two founders - Petr Nikolaevich Zagrebelny and Irna Valerievna Zolotova. The company has one person on its staff.. It itself is a micro-enterprise.

Zagrebelny himself, as an individual entrepreneur, offers paid access to a website for compiling a family (pedigree) tree, as well as to a website with games. Also, «Deasoft» on one of the sites sells Russians paid access (including for crypto) to global AI models. At the same time, «Deasoft» is on the list of Russian software manufacturers.

What «solutions with the support of artificial intelligence in the field of ecology» can be provided by «Deasoft» Rusnano is a big mystery. Apparently, paid access to global AI platforms. Well, and at the same time for the games.

 «Deasfot» looks more like a typical «-laying company» for withdrawals. 

Let us recall that «Ether» and Ivan Ozhgikhin (head of the environmental department of Rusnano and senior managing director of the Business Development Center LLC «UK «RUSNANO») are regular heroes of media publications

At the end of May, our project remembered it in connection with searches in the building «of the Moskovsky Komsomolets» at one of the tenants of the premises - ANO «Consortium of Medical Equipment».

ANO is closely connected with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Rostec.  The ANO is headed by the same Ivan Ozhgikhin - a former top manager of «Shvabe», a subsidiary of Rostec Sergei Chemezov, and he is also the head of the Rusnano subsidiary JSC «Ether» and the head of the environmental department in Rusnano.

Ozhgikhin also leads Rusnano’s project to create a «plasma-chemical destruction reactor» (about 1 billion budget rubles have already been spent on it), which all scientists call a giant scam.
